At Yumiko, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade dancewear and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If your non-customized item isn't perfect, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your dancewear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are clean and free of any makeup or deodorant marks.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
