How long will it take to receive my custom order?

Can I return or exchange a custom-made item?
Because custom items are made specifically for you with your choice of colors and fabrics, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before ordering.
What is the best way to care for my Yumiko dancewear?
To preserve the elasticity and color of the fabric, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning.

How do I know which size to order?
Yumiko dancewear typically runs smaller than standard street clothing. We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page; if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this grace period, the production process begins and we are unable to modify fabric choices or styles.
